La Tana came into being to welcome travellers, and that remains the priority. But every so often, between one booking and the next, the house lends itself to another life too: small workshops, practice sessions, intimate gatherings. It's an idea we like, because it sees the spaces of the house — the light-filled living room, the sheltered garden, the atmosphere of the historic centre — used in a creative way, by people who have something to share.

A recent example · a Yoga & Tarot afternoon tea
An afternoon of gentle yoga and tarot reading in the house's living room, with a tea break — a little journey through the chakras led by Kat and Fiore. The reel above captures the atmosphere better than any words. If the idea intrigues you — whether as a participant or as inspiration for something of your own — follow the teachers on their profiles.

If you have an idea too
If you're looking for a sheltered space for something small and intimate — a writing residency of a few days (the house sleeps up to six), a tarot or holistic-practice workshop for eight to ten people, a themed dinner with a guest cook, a reading or recording session — write to us and let's talk. It isn't a structured service (the priority remains classic hospitality) and it works best in the quieter months (October–May); but if the timing fits and the idea convinces us, we'll happily put it together. La Tana isn't a meeting room and it isn't a venue for large events: it's a house, and it works well for anyone looking for exactly that — a real atmosphere, light-filled spaces, an enclosed and private garden, the historic centre right outside the door.
