What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file a website saves on your device (computer, phone, tablet) to remember information during your visit or between visits. There are technical cookies (needed to function), analytics cookies (to measure traffic in aggregate), and profiling cookies (to track behaviour and show targeted ads).
What we use · and what we don't
We use only strictly necessary technical cookies for the site to work. That means: no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, no profiling cookies, no third-party pixels, no Google Analytics, no Facebook tracking, no social buttons that follow you.
Under Italian and European law (Garante ruling of 10 June 2021 + art. 122 of the Privacy Code), technical cookies do not require your prior consent. That's why no banner greets you when you arrive: there's nothing to grant or deny consent to.

None of these cookies collects identifying personal data, tracks your behaviour across different sites, or is shared for advertising purposes.
Links to external services
The site contains links to external services (Booking, Airbnb, WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook). When you click them, you leave our site and land on those services — which have their own cookie policies and collect data under their own rules. We don't control what those sites do once you've opened them.
As long as you stay here, on tanadeidalmatini.it, no tracking data is collected.
Fonts and images
The site's fonts (Fraunces, Outfit, Caveat) are hosted directly on our own server, not loaded from Google Fonts at visit time. This means your browser doesn't talk to third-party servers to download them, and no cookie or IP address is passed to others.
Images and videos are optimised and served through our hosting (Vercel) — no third-party image service is used.
If we change in future
If we ever decide to add analytics tools or a third-party booking widget (for example, an embedded booking system), we'll update this page before switching it on and — if non-technical cookies are needed — a consent banner will appear on first visit. For now, none of that is running.
