At check-out we ask nothing tiring of you. The cleaning and the bins — we take care of those.

Time
Check-out by 11:00. If you need a few more hours — write to us. When no one is arriving after you there's no rush: we have all the time we need for the cleaning and we won't send you off early. In busy periods, though, there's a family arriving in the afternoon and we have to prepare the house for them — there, sadly, we can't extend, even though we'd like to.

What to leave
Used towels in the bathroom basket. Sheets on the beds — don't strip them. Used crockery in the sink (a quick rinse is kind but not required: we wash it up).

What not to do
Do NOT take the bins out — we close up. Do NOT wash the floors — we do that.

Keys
Leave the keys in the lock, on the outside of the door, and pull the door to. It's our signal that you've gone for good and that we can come in to clean. There's no need to wait for us.
