A single Wi-Fi network covers the whole house and the garden. The signal reaches full strength right up to the sofas by the window. To cover the laundry and entrance well too, the network is powered by two Sky devices left switched on at all times: nothing for you to manage — just don't unplug them.

Connecting
Look for the network "La Tana dei Dalmatini" and enter the password we give you at check-in. Your phone remembers the network for the whole stay.

Two Sky devices · one main + one booster
The network is powered by two devices that work together: the main modem-router is on the shelf in the laundry; a small hexagonal booster is plugged into a socket in the entrance. They're placed in those exact spots to cover the whole house well, garden included — they aren't there by chance.

Please don't unplug them
Even though they look like simple accessories, they're the two things that make the internet work. If they're unplugged even for a few seconds the network drops for everyone, and it takes a minute to come back stable. The sockets are dedicated to them — better not to move them onto other devices.

If the network doesn't work at all
Before writing to us, try: turning the Wi-Fi off and on again on your phone. If that's not enough, have a look at the modem-router in the laundry — as long as the lights are on (the "connected" one can be yellow or green, either is fine, the important thing is that there's a light). If everything's off or the network still won't work, write to us. We always check before you arrive that everything's working — but every now and then something happens.
